June 26, 2022 - RV-10: Windshield and Strut
We installed the center strut from the fuselage to the cabin cover.  It fit perfectly, so it was must a matter of match-drilling some holes.
   
Then it was time to trim and fit the thick windshield.  To cut it, we started using a pneumatic grinder, and the cutting disk provided in the Finish Kit.
 
Rich did all the trimming.
   
Nhu-An did some of the sanding.
   
After many iterations of trim and fit, trim and fit, the windshield is ready to go.  We won't be attaching it permanently anytime soon though.
